Privacy notice

Last updated: 8 November 2026

This notice explains how EXOLVA EOOD ("EXOLVA", "we") handles personal data when you use exolva.com or contact us. We keep it short on purpose. If anything is unclear, write to office@exolva.com.

Who is responsible

EXOLVA EOOD, Banishora Distr., Bl. 29, Entr. V, Fl. 6, Apt. 44, 1233 Sofia, Bulgaria, is the data controller. Contact: office@exolva.com.

What we collect and why

Contact form. When you send us a message we receive your name, email address, company name (if given) and the text of your message. We use this only to answer your inquiry and, where it leads to a project, to prepare and perform the contract. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to inquiries and, where applicable, steps taken at your request before entering a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f) and 6(1)(b)).

Spam protection. The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a request comes from a person. Turnstile processes technical data such as your IP address and browser characteristics. This is necessary to keep the form usable (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).

Server logs. Our hosting provider records technical access data (IP address, time, requested page, browser) for security and to operate the service. These logs are kept for a short period only.

Cookies and tracking

This site uses no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary cookies required for security and to deliver the site.

Who processes data on our behalf

The site is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., which also provides the Turnstile spam check. Messages from the contact form are delivered to us through Resend, Inc., a transactional email provider. Both act as our processors under their data processing terms, with EU Standard Contractual Clauses covering any transfer outside the EEA.

How long we keep data

Messages that do not lead to a business relationship are deleted within 12 months. Where a contract follows, we keep the related correspondence for as long as Bulgarian accounting and tax law requires.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, delete or restrict the personal data we hold about you, object to processing based on legitimate interest, and receive your data in a portable format. Email office@exolva.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (cpdp.bg) or the supervisory authority where you live.

Changes

We will update this notice when our practices change and show the date of the last revision at the top of this page.
